Weekended
It's a busy weekend, filled with work and worries whether I'll have enough dosh to spend for the preparation of Tuesday's shoot. I hate spending my own cash for work first to be honest. It's not even what you'd call an investment, more like being a bank of some sort.
It's funny that when there're jobs and we need to spend money to purchase props and rent stuff, and some things need to be paid upfront - finance as usual makes a big fuss. I mean, I have no problem not buying the stuff if you can get em for free! But I do have a problem forking out my own cash for it first. It's just not worth it sometimes.
Tonight I'm going to go to my colleague's China pre-tour gig. Hope it'll turn out great, their music rocks. Granted they're a very Chinese band (they're from indie Chinese language rock scene), but their music has no lyrics and music is its own language innit?
